Can I manage several communities with one account?
Yes. One account takes you into every community you manage, and you see what is pending in each at a glance. Every community keeps its own portal, brand and permissions.
Does it replace my property management software?
No. solcondo is the community portal and your relationship with owners; your ERP and accounting stay as they are. Bank movements can be published from a Google Sheet.
Can my team work in the portal?
Yes. Each person in your office has a role in each community (manager, maintainer…) and only sees and does what that role allows.
How much does it cost for a management firm?
In 2026 it is free under the Founders Programme, no card needed. From 2027, the Management plan is quoted to the size of your portfolio.
